Resource Solutions was founded by Charles S. Jones, who has more than 25 years of executive professional experience and expertise in human services and workforce development, coupled with a proven track record of successfully implementing resources management solutions.

Charles Jones is one of the top human services and workforce development executives in the nation’s capital. A passionate senior manager and thought leader in returning citizen affairs, Jones’ 24-year record is dotted with multiple awards, national recognition, and accomplishments that have altered tens of thousands of lives.

Kelli Brown

Project Manager

In her almost 20-year career, Kelli has worked in various roles in the communications field, from Public Relations to Marketing and Community Relations. Most of that experience is working and creating programs with non-profits and school systems to advance African American students' outcomes.

PARIS PERRAULT

Coach

With over 25 years’ experience, Paris has served as an executive leader in various director and c-suite level roles in government, entrepreneur start-ups, and global, complex companies. As a leadership coach and strategy consultant, she has worked with a broad range of clients, both domestic and international, in the private and non-profit sectors. Through her practice as a trauma informed leader, she uses key healing techniques to assist clients through stages of change and transformation. Her personal commitments center around equity and inclusion in leadership, healing collective and generational trauma, post pandemic health, wellness and healing, social justice and women empowerment.

REGINA A.YOUNG, PHD

Consultant

Regina A. Young is a retired educator with 30 years’ experience as a K-12 English teacher and teacher coordinator. She also has instructed at the university level for multiple years. Her focus includes curriculum development, arts integration, media literacy, and teaching for social change.
