Tiffany B. Livingston is a results-driven professional who successfully transitioned from medical device sales into program and event management. She is a Washington, DC native, a proud Hampton University graduate, and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

She has held senior marketing roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, Lumen Technologies, CenturyLink, and Verizon, where she positioned IT solutions across data and AI, cloud, cybersecurity, edge computing, and digital transformation. Tina brings deep expertise in content marketing, thought leadership, campaign execution, and sales enablement, along with a strong track record of leading high‑performing teams and cross‑functional initiatives. She is known for building strong partnerships across product, sales, and strategic channels, and for driving measurable impact through strategic planning, creative storytelling, and agile marketing execution.

Kristina Savoy is an organizational development professional with over eighteen years of experience in executive leadership coaching, organizational training and design, strategic development, and program management. With a specific passion to motivate and inspire executive leaders and managers across all levels to incorporate transformational leadership strategies within the changing organizational landscape, she seeks to reenergize learning and development across organizational lines. Throughout her career, Kristina has led the development of various mission-critical initiatives using both mentoring and coaching at the helm of organizational growth. She has aided organizational executives, leadership, stakeholders, and employees in rethinking the current transactional state of business while shifting the focus towards a more transformational and innovative approach. Kristina is prepared to serve executives and emerging leaders using her experience as a Certified Myers Briggs Type Indicator and Barrett Values Facilitator. She brings refreshing perspective to organizations managing critical transitions while being stretched to attain clear mission-specific goals. She has received a Master of Arts degree in Education and Human Development from George Washington University and Bachelor of Arts in English from Spelman College. Kristina has also completed her doctoral coursework in United States History at Howard University. She brings a blend of multifaceted assessments and debrief coaching to customer/client engagements that bring forth a higher level of emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and leadership embodiment to the individual and to the organizations for which they support. Kristina’s strength in highlighting the tremendous impact empathetic and compassionate leadership have on building high performing teams and leaders has continued to be the impetus for her professional journey.
