These services include but are not limited to workforce development, communication skills, case management, and job readiness, explicitly customized and designed to meet youth and adult needs.

Through our Enriching Youth Experiences (EYE) service offerings, Resources Solutions, LLC places significant value on youth engagement in providing training and development. We meet our clients and those that they serve where they are in order to tailor our services to best fit their individual needs.
EYE services are informed by our work delivering impactful workforce development and work readiness programming, along with insights from program participants, staff and parents. Our approach to creating substantive workforce exploration experiences for youth includes a robust set of program elements.
